The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.531 of 2019 arising out of Karakat P.S.Case No.224 of 2019 dated 25.08.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, one Chhotu Kumar stabbed the informant on the stomach by knife and the petitioners are also named in the FIR.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation of assault is attributed against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1099 of 2020(3) dt.20-03-2020 2/2 petitioners and they are in custody for more than six months. Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge Vth, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No.531 of 2019 arising out of Karakat P.S.case No.224 of 2019. Accordingly, with the above direction, this application is allowed.
