1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad.
2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 324(4), 132, 251(2), 3(5) and 117(2) of the BNS.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that he raided the river bed for apprehending illegal sand miners when the team was attacked by the accused persons causing injury and the accused were identified by the local persons, Chawkidar and by the officials of Bihta Police Station.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Akhilesh Kumar had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 79881 of 2025 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 08.12.2025 and further Raju Kumar along with five accused persons had filed Cr. Misc. No. 75863 of 2025 and the same also came to be allowed by an order dated 17.12.2025, thus the learned counsel for the petitioners based on party, seeks regular bail.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 667 of 2025.
