The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 326/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
Informant is sister of the deceased. However, not an eyewitness of the occurrence. Petitioner is wife of the deceased. Since strained relation was going on between the deceased and petitioner suspicion is that the petitioner has committed the murder.
Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

No.1274 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that there is no substantial material for the purpose of consideration of prayer for bail and the fact that petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No.493 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
