The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sanjhauli PS Case no.135/19 dated 19.9.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner assaulted the informant , his mother and other family members by lathi causing injury.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the injuries are simple in nature except only injury on the finger that is not vital part of the body. He is in custody for more than 1 1⁄2 months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.933 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sanjhauli P.S.Case No.135 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
