The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwari (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 961 of 2019, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.10.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 15 litres of country made liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be
