2. The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner challenging the appointment of Mini Kumari as Aanganwari Sevika on Aanganwari Centre No.147, Bundelli Kala Ward No.14, Devangarh Panchayat of Kawakol Block in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4312 of 2020(2) dt.28-03-2024 2/2 the District of Nawadah.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has not exhausted his remedy under the guidelines framed for Aanganwari Sevika instead thereof he has opted to challenge the appointment directly before this Court.

4. In this background, this Court is of the view that the present writ petition is immature. The writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy before the appropriate forum as mentioned in the Aanganwari Guidelines.
