The petitioners, being the parents of the main accused Sonu Kumar, are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per the written report of Babu Hasan submitted to the Station House Officer of Gopalganj Town Police Station is to the effect that on 16.08.2019 at 9.00 A.M. the daughter of the informant, Khushboo Khatoon, aged about 15 years, went to school but did not return till evening. During search the informant came to know that the co-accused Sonu Kumar, the son of the petitioners has enticed her away. It

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1638 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 is also alleged that the petitioners also facilitated the abduction of the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been roped in the present only because their son has eloped with the daughter of the informant. The petitioners have come to know that both have got married and are staying together.

Learned APP submits that the petitioners are named in the FIR with specific accusation.

Considering the thrust of accusation against coaccused Sonu Kumar, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 400 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
