JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 246 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Considering the fact that recovery was made from the house of the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. However, he may surrender before the court below within one month from today and prays for regular bail, which would be considered and disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
