The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019 dated 15.02.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and the informant are members of the same family. Because of a minor dispute between the family members, the present case has been lodged.

The petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law of the informant whereas, petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are the elder brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the informant.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -VI, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438
