Petitioner is accused in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C., clearly stated that she left her house according to her own desire and wants to marry with son of the petitioner but her family members were not agreed. She wants to live with Amit Kumar Manjhi, son of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87152 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019.
