The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019, dated 12.06.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from the F.I.R. that the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86517 of 2019(3) dt.19-06-2020 2/3 informed the informant that her daughter had run away leaving behind her two children. It further appears from the F.I.R. that the daughter of the informant was married to one Sanoj Singh and had two children also born-out of the wedlock. At the time of the occurrence, the daughter of the informant was about to board a train for going to Jodhpur where she stayed with her husband/Sanoj Singh. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is distantly related to aforesaid Sanoj Singh. The daughter of the informant has become traceless and merely because the petitioner is some way or the other related to aforesaid Sanoj Singh, he too has been made accused in this case. It has further been submitted that there is no evidence whatsoever for connecting the petitioner with the offence except for the informant having named him as having called her on telephone. Even the dead-body of the daughter of the informant has not been recovered up-till now.

Considering the facts aforestated and taking into account the clean antecedent of the petitioner, he, in the

No.86517 of 2019(3) dt.19-06-2020 3/3 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) Praveen-II/- U T
