Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in this case. Specific allegation is against the Miller, Ramesh Kumar Singh. Petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
