JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-10-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video Conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID-19 Pandemic. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed, hence the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition, however he it is stated that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his grievances regarding payment of interest on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned
Patna High Court CWJC No.2061 of 2020(4) dt.20-10-2020 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievances regarding payment of interest on account of delayed payment of retiral dues, before an appropriate forum.
