The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 184 of 2019, for the offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that during checking of the vehicle by the police personnel, the petitioner failed to produce the relevant documents of the motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.09.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.09.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner,
