JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 184 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 414/34 of the IPC.

Allegation against his petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle and on demand he failed to produce the document of ownership of the motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 27.09.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty five Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87001 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 184 of 2019.
