Petitioner's counsel submits that he would be approaching the District Magistrate for grant of benefit of promotion pursuant to decision of the Minutes of the Meeting of the Committee dated 21.04.2009 for claiming his promotion as Panchayat Secretary from the post of Dalpati. Writ petition has been filed more than 11 years after the said meeting. This Writ Court, therefore, would not issue any direction in favour of the petitioner.

Petitioner would be at liberty to avail his remedy in

Patna High Court CWJC No.2638 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 accordance with law.

Writ petition is disposed of.
