The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raghunathpur P. S. Case No. 145 of 2019 dated 15.07.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 354(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

With respect to payment of cigarette, a dispute took place between the shop-keeper and 10 others including the petitioner. The accused persons including the petitioner are alleged to have assaulted the deceased who is the husband of the informant, by means of hard

The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the post-mortem report which indicates that no external injury was found on the body. Surprisingly, without recording any internal injury, the cause of death has been stated to be hemorrhagic shock due to head injury by a hard and blunt substance.

Four other accused persons having similar accusation against them have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.012.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75946 of 2019.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, viz, general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, the nature of post-mortem and also taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
