The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 250 of 2019 for offences under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 IPC. Allegation against the petitioners is that they have misused the fund of Mukhya Mantri Sat Nischay Yojana of Jal/Nal-Gali.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No. 1 is the Ward Secretary and petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are the Ward Members of Ward No. 1 under Chaushanda

In this case, case diary was called which has been received. From perusal of the case diary and materials available on the record, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 1,00,000/-/- (One lac) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 250 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
