JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 21-01-2020 After some arguments, Mr. Satyapal Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he be given the permission to file an objection petition before the Certificate Officer where he shall raise all the grounds which have been urged in the present petition.

2. There is no reason why the aforesaid permission be not given to the petitioner.

3. In the event of the petitioner filing such an objection petition, which would encompass all the grounds which have been urged in this petition including the ground that there has not been any quantification of the dues amount, within a period of four weeks, the Certificate Officer shall apply himself to the aforesaid representation and shall pass a reasoned order within a period of sixty days of the receipt of such objection petition and shall communicate to the petitioner the outcome of the decision.

4. If the petitioner still remains aggrieved, he would have option to challenge the aforesaid order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
