2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioner is husband of Priyanka Devi (informant's daughter) and informant has alleged that this petitioner in association with other co-accused killed his daughter and disappeared her dead-body.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, Priyanka Devi was having extramarital affairs and as such, she eloped from the house of her sister and petitioner & his family members have been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2025. In this case, charge has been framed on 10.09.2025.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - II, Buxar / concerned Court in connection with Sessions Trial No. 248 of 2025, arising out of Sikraul P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025.
