JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 06-02-2024 It is found from the order dated 23.01.2024 that the petitioners were granted two weeks time for removing the defect as pointed out by the stamp reporter. Moreover, it was found on inspection of the report that the instant revision is barred by limitation. The petitioners were directed to file an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay. However, within the stipulated period of time, the petitioner has not taken any step.
