The present petition has been filed for the issaunce of writ of MANDAMUS commanding the respondent authorities, particularly respondent no. 4 to publish the Panel List of ClassIV employee of Arwal District in pursuance of Advertisement No. 01/2016-17 dated 25.05.2016 made by the Collector of District Arwal and appoint the petitioners who are working as class four employee in different Primary Health Centre and Additional Primary Health Centre of District Arwal, on daily wages against vacant post.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners want liberty to agitate the matter before the concerned respondent.

4. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
