He submits that various advertisements have been issued, in the meantime, for empanelling candidates in order of seniority of their existence in the daily wage establishment for the purposes of regularization/regular

3. The petitioners are said to be working on daily wages till date. At best, the Court would observe that as and when the process is undertaken, the petitioners would be considered in accordance with law.
