Patna High Court MJC No.5422 of 2019(3) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 11.01.2020 and it has transpired that the School, to which the petitioner had sought transfer i.e. Mahavir Middle School, Gaya, as a Headmaster, is already occupied by a handicapped person, who has been given priority in posting, hence another choice has been sought for, from the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready to file appropriate representation before the District Education Officer, Gaya, hence the said authority may be directed to take appropriate decision. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Education Officer, Gaya by filing appropriate representation for redressal of his grievances, especially in view of the stand taken by the District Education Officer, Gaya in the aforesaid order dated 11.01.2020.
