2. The petitioner is working as a Clerk at Additional Primary Health Centre, Garahaiya, in the District of East Champaran. By an order issued vide Memo No. 1022(4) dated 30.08.2018 issued by the Director in Chief (Administration), Health Services, Government of Bihar, certain punishments

Patna High Court CWJC No.2115 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 have been imposed on him in a departmental proceeding. According to the petitioner, he has preferred statutory appeal before the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, in April, 2019. He has a grievance that his appeal, so far, has not been disposed of.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this writ application is disposed of with a direction that let the petitioner's appeal be disposed of, if not already disposed of, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
