1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Mansahi P.S. Case no.120 of 2025 registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, while the accused made an attempt to escape, he was arrested and on search a country made pistol was recovered from his possession.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered the petitioner's possession who has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 8.8.2025 and the cause of his false implication is his antecedents.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the FIR together with the petitioner having remained in custody since 8.8.2025 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Mansahi P.S. Case no.120 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, DistrictKatihar.
