The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulwaria P.S. Case No.153 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 11.09.2021, the matter has been compromised in the Lok Adalat and the petitioner was directed to pay Rs.1,00,000/- within a period of one month. It is further submitted that rest amount, i.e., Rs.7,50,000/- shall be paid to the Bank as per the compromise between the parties in the Lok Adalat. Having considered the fact that the matter has been compromised in Lok Adalat, let petitioner, above named, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87372 of 2019(3) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court blow within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.153 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
