JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2022 In compliance of the earlier order of this Court dated 26.7.2022, the learned District Magistrate, Purnea is present in the Court and has submitted that the entire amount of gratuity, group insurance, GPF and leave encashment has been paid and as far as the pension is concerned, 90% amount has already been paid, however, the balance amount of 10% pension and the benefits of ACP would be paid within a period of four weeks from today, after appropriately dealing with the

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing further remains for adjudication, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any before the respondent authorities.

This Court is satisfied that nothing further remains for consideration, hence, the present writ petition stands disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, before the concerned respondent authorities.
