Petitioners seek bail in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.366 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30, 30(a),38(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive of the police party. Nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
