JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-01-2021 It appears that in this case the petitioners were granted interim protection vide order dated 27.08.2020 while issuing notice to opposite party no.2. The requisites for notice were, however not filed. Even on the subsequent date i.e. 10.12.2020 learned counsel for the petitioners gave an undertaking to file requisites for notice by 16th of December, 2020 but the requisites were not filed and now learned counsel submits that she has instruction not to press this application.

In such circumstances, no protection shall be available to the petitioners of this case. The interim order stands vacated. The learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai or the learned court in which the
