Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 257 of 2019 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner fired causing firearm injury to the informant, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
