In the nature of pleadings made in the modification application, the Court is not inclined to extend the order dated 12.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27492 of 2019 as it gives an impression to the Court that the petitioner after obtaining bail is making efforts to breach the condition on which he was granted bail. Further, the pleadings in the modification application does not even remotely suggest that the petitioner in terms of the order even deposited a part of the amount withdrawn as PACS Chairman. This further gives an impression that the
