2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 109 of B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 assaulted on the head of informant's brother with sickle and petitioner no. 2 assaulted on the head of informant's brother with spade, on account of which, informant's brother died.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for bail of petitioners is rejected. However, since petitioners are in custody since 14.10.2025, the learned trial court is directed to
