JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to provide benefit of Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana, however, it appears from the counter affidavit filed by the Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Sitamarhi that the scheme has been sanctioned qua the petitioner and work order has been issued vide letter dated 11.04.2020, which has also been received by the petitioner and thereafter, the petitioner has also started the work of construction of his house under the said scheme.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the
