JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 The present petition has been filed for restoring a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 9596 of 2017, which has been dismissed on account of non-compliance of the orders dated 11.09.2019 and 16.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition,

Patna High Court MJC No.5426 of 2019(3) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 the writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 9596 of 2017 is directed to be restored to its original file, subject to compliance of the aforesaid orders dated 11.09.2019 and 16.10.2019, within a period of four weeks from today as also subject to payment of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee, Patna.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
