Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Parasi P.S.Case No.66 of 2019 read with Excise Case No.1283 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(A)(D) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, of the Indian Penal Code.

Police on information of manufacturing of liquor raided the place of the occurrence and the petitioner succeeded in fleeing away. There was recovery of liquor and another articles.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-II, Jehanabad in connection with Parasi P.S.Case No.66 of 2019 (Excise Csae No.1283 of 2019), subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
