Petitioner is in connection with Excise Case No. 875 of 2019 arising out of prosecution report No. 13 of 2019-2020 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in the instant case there is recovery of 17.280 liters of liquor.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
