JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2022 The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent authorities, more particularly the Circle Officer, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif to dispose off the Encroachment Case No. 13 of 2015-16 expeditiously.
Having regard to the nature of prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the present case, not objected to by the learned counsel for the State Shri Dhurjati Kumar Prasad, GP-14, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Circle Officer, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif to dispose off the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 13 of 2015-16 by passing a final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public
Patna High Court CWJC No.1236 of 2020(2) dt.24-06-2022 2/2 Land Encroachment Act, 1956 within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
It is needless to state that in the meantime, status quo existing as on today shall be maintained till the final order is passed by the Circle Officer, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
