JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "For issuance of appropriate writ order & direction by commanding and by directing upon the Respondent Authorities for notifying 2 vacancies of P.D.S. Shops, out of duly sanctioned strength of 8 P.D.S. shops as per population of Area i.e. 15787 and provision of grant of P.D.S. License to one P.D.S. Shop @ Population of 1900 in the Rural Area in terms of Rule 9(i) of Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control)

Patna High Court CWJC No.3219 of 2020(2) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 order, 2016 in the South Telhua Panchayat under Nautan Block, District-West Champaran pursuant to order under letter no.33 dated 05.05.2017 and to consider case of grant of P.D.S. License to petitioner against one of said 2 vacncies of P.D.S. Shops so notified in accordance with Rules of Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) order, 2016."

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the learned Collector, West Champaran at Bettiah for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the learned Collector, West Champaran at Bettiah and in case such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the learned Collector, Bettiah by passing appropriate reasoned order within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
