The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nayaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 212 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-a), 25(1-AA), 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner was apprehended while working in the illegal gun factory. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on
