JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2023 Though the present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 17.9.2018, passed in CWJC No. 1339 of 2018, however, this Court finds that there is no mention in the show cause notice dated 26.9.2017, regarding any enquiry report having been enclosed by way of note regarding annexing of any enclosure, at the foot of the said show cause notice. 2.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner herein submits that the authorities would definitely serve a copy of the enquiry report upon the writ petitioner,

Patna High Court MJC No.5431 of 2019(2) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 within a period of two weeks from today, seek response of the writ petitioner to the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order afresh, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

Accordingly, the present modification petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
