2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 188 of 2025 dated 20.09.2025, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(1), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on the alleged date of occurrence, the petitioner and one co-accused assaulted the informant and snatched Rs. 5,000/-. It is alleged that co-accused Rahul Kumar assaulted on the head of the informant by means of brick.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no

No.92073 of 2025(2) dt.15-01-2026 2/2 allegation of assault by the petitioner rather the specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Rahul Kumar that he assaulted on the head of the informant by means of brick. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2025 having no criminal antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, in Sanjhauli P.S.
