JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This writ application has been preferred seeking a direction to the learned Presiding Officer, Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to dispose of Guardianship Case No. 30 of 2019 pending before the said court.
The matter is listed under the supplementary cause list dated 21.01.2020 and same has been mentioned by learned counsel for the petitioner with consent of learned counsel for the State by making submission that it relates to custody of 8 years minor son of the petitioner who is suffering from Autism
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.57 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 and requires proper treatment abroad.
In the nature of the reliefs prayed in the writ application, this Court is not required to go into the merits of the case, hence, no notice is being issued to the respondents. This application is being disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to consider and dispose of Guardianship Case No. 30 of 2019 which is said to be pending before the court in respect of the guardianship of the minor child and such consideration and disposal be given as early as possible looking into the submissions of the parties and in the interest of child after hearing the parties in accordance with law. No unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.
