This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 26.06.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 39171 of 2019, to the extent that the time granted for surrender to the petitioners be extended by further two weeks. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that due to communication gap and inadvertence, the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2329 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 could not surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond pursuant to order dated 26.06.2019 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 39171 of 2019 within the time and submits that further two weeks may be granted to enable the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond before the learned Court below.

After having heard learned Counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made, I am inclined to modify the order dated 26.06.2019 to the extent that the time granted earlier for surrender of the petitioners is hereby extended by further two weeks from today.

Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
