The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83604 of 2025 by which the petitioner was granted regular bail, after framing of charge, if not already framed, in connection with Jhanjharpur (Araria Sangram O.P.) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present modification has become infructuous, as the petitioner has been released on bail during pendency of this modification application. Learned counsel, therefore, seeks permission of this
