The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 for offences under Sections 323,498(A), 380, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case marriage took place on 12.12.2016. Counsel has drawn the attention of this Court to paras- 11 and 12 of the application to the effect that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7130 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Siwan in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
