The present application has been filed for restoration of Govt. Appeal No.03/2019 which has got dismissed for default due to non-filing of leave petition as directed vide peremptory order dated 22.07.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that SLA has been filed on 19.09.2019.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the statement made in the restoration application, I am inclined to restore Govt. Appeal No.03/2019 to its original file. Consequently Govt. Appeal No.03/2019 is restored to its original file.
