The present application has been filed for restoration of Govt. Appeal (SJ) No. 02 of 2019, which got dismissed for default due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 22.07.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two weeks peremptory time was granted for filing leave petition, however, leave petition has been filed by the appellant but after expiry of the period of two weeks.
