money. Whereby and whereunder the authorities have illegally sanctioned on the same privilege candidates in twice and thrice and have deprived the advantage of actual privilege person. Any other relief and reliefs as your Lordships may deem fit and proper."
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.
