JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) To restrain the respondents from disturbing the peace of the petitioner with regard to the land appertaining to Khata no. 506, Plot no. 413, situated at Village-Kaithi, P.S. Kachwan, DistrictRohtas. (ii) To hold that the petitioner is entitled to make construction over the land in question.

(iii) To remove illegal and unauthorised encroachment made by respondent No. 6 namely, Sri Badrinath Singh,

Patna High Court CWJC No.2295 of 2020(3) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 from the land appertaining to Khata no. 506, Plot no. 413/2669, which is Aam land of the Bihar Govt."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing civil suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
